  • David’s previous experience with other architectural practices includes his involvement with Anshen Allen (now Stantec), Shepard Robson and Freeland Reece Roberts in Cambridge. He has worked and led numerous projects including Schools, Hospitals, Laboratory Buildings, Offices and Houses. More recently, he consulted with Pattern Design through Studio O+U for the FIFA Standard Football Stadia. Referring to the Gallery, Images 1 and 2 are from the Imperial College Laboratory for Reproductive Science where David was the designer and project architect. This was designed for Lord Winston at the Imperial College Hammersmith Hospital site completed in 2001.

  • Additionally, at Anshen Dyer, David was the Project architect in the new state of the art Oncology Wing at the St. James campus in Leeds. It was designed and executed successfully under the PFI system and achieved the runner up position as the Hospital of the year award in 2006.

    Its value was estimated at £175 Million with a floor area of 63 000m².

  • Al-Ain  Football Stadium
  • As a consultant to Pattern Design, David worked alongside them to assist and lead in delivering the world class design, from Riba stage 2 to 4, for the AL-Ain football stadium which is now known as the Hazza bin Zayed Stadium. This project has won several awards including Stadium of the Year award in 2014 (Juror Vote).
